Jenn's Why

My mission is to empower you own your choices. To recognize that there is so much success, happiness, and resilience the moment you decide to be intentional with how you respond to what life throws at you.

Owning your choices is hard. It requires vulnerability, courage, and confidence. It requires you to slow down and reflect, THINK, which is a lost art, gone due to hustle and urgency culture.

Life is hard, you do not get to escape that, but you do get to choose your hard.

  • You can choose to own your mistakes, instead of hiding from them

  • You can choose to take care of your mental health or continue to struggle

  • You can choose to embrace change or stay stagnant

  • You can choose to succumb to stress or become better than burned out

  • You can choose to avoid hard conversations or lean into them

  • You can choose to give up or you can choose to keep going

When you live your life with intention, your choices are your superpower.

But here’s the thing, choices are not always obvious or easy. Stress, work, caretaking, deadlines, distractions, “adulting,” make it harder. Life stressors can create the mindset that “life is happening to me,” making you feel stuck and powerless. But when you pause, take a breath, you can take back your power by asking "how do I want to respond?"

What makes owning your choices even harder is the desire to be liked, accepted, and included. This can cause you to make choices that you simply do not want to do in an effort to be liked.

Think about it, ever said “yes” when you really wanted to say “no?”

High-achievers are conditioned to seek external validation from others to determine whether they're getting it “right.” External validation becomes the primary way that you build confidence and self-worth.

But what happens when you don’t win the validation? You likely break down, doubt yourself, “work harder,” etc. You push yourself to burnout, all in an effort to create success. You chase recognition, acceptance, and the idea of “fitting in.” This focus on external validation kills confidence, diminishes your power, and decreases your happiness and sense of accomplishment because "you're never good enough."

My work, empowering high-achievers to own their choices means guiding them to step fully into their own power, recognizing that success, growth, confidence, resilience, and happiness are all within their control.

It’s my belief that when you own your choices, you’re no longer at the mercy of circumstances—you become the architect of your life, intentionally building a path that reflects your values, drives your success, and fuels your energy bank and happiness. Owning your choices transforms every setback into an opportunity, every challenge into a source of strength, and every choice into a stepping stone toward the life you’re meant to lead.

Are you ready to own your choices?
